About & editorial standards
A free place to organize records and understand research.
What we do
PepGuide is a free personal research and tracking app. The companion library explains mechanisms, evidence and regulatory context. It does not prescribe, choose doses, recommend suppliers or verify products.
How we describe evidence
Regulatory approvals, trial registry entries, sponsor announcements and published studies answer different questions. Each sourced update names its source and date. An approval applies to a particular product, indication, population and jurisdiction. Sponsor topline results are preliminary reports, not regulatory decisions.
What has been checked
The September 23, 2026 update checks the specific facts cited in the newly sourced profiles. Older summaries are explicitly marked as needing a complete primary-source review. A page update date is not a claim that every clinical statement has been medically reviewed.
Selections and provisional indicators
Featured profiles are editorial reading selections. We do not have measured search popularity or a validated best-peptide ranking. Muscle-map numbers are provisional editorial indicators, not clinical prediction tools. Supplier documentation scores are historical snapshots; missing source links are disclosed.
Corrections and transparency
We aim to replace uncertain claims with traceable sources and retain useful aliases so records remain findable. No independent medical-review credentials are claimed. Contact and feedback options are being prepared; the Contact page will carry them when available.
